have an interest. However, our acquisition team does not mind lease up, reposition or credit risks. We are looking for
double digit returns, will assume favorable debt or pay cash on a case by case basis.
We will consider joint ventures which we can control and can make quick decisions; usually within twenty-four (24)
hours. Give us a summary sheet with rent rolls, expenses and price and we will give you an offer. We will not tie your property up with a pipe dream, we will close. If you or your clients are a “Don’t Wanters” we may well be a buyer of your
real estate investment.
